mrmcchickino ("we," "us," or "our") operates the mrmcchickino mobile application (the "App").

This Privacy Policy explains what information may be collected when you use the App, how that information is used, and the choices available to you.

Information You Provide

The App does not require you to create an account or provide us with personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, or physical address in order to use its core features.

Information Collected Through Advertising

The App uses Google Mobile Ads to display advertisements, including banner and rewarded advertisements.

Google Mobile Ads may collect or process information such as:

• IP address, which may be used to estimate general location;

• device or advertising identifiers;

• advertising information;

• information about advertisements viewed;

• app and ad interactions;

• performance information; and

• crash or diagnostic information.

This information may be used by Google and its advertising partners for purposes including delivering, measuring, and improving advertising and related services.

The App uses Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework where required. If tracking permission is requested, you can choose whether to allow the App to access the device's advertising identifier for tracking purposes.

Purchases

The App offers an optional one-time purchase called mrmcchickino+ through Apple's App Store. This purchase is a non-consumable purchase and is not a recurring subscription.

Purchases are processed by Apple using Apple's StoreKit and App Store systems. We do not receive or store your payment card number, bank account information, or other payment credentials.

2. Information Stored on Your Device

The App may maintain information locally on your device that is necessary for its operation, such as application settings, playback state, or temporary advertising-related state.

The App's music playback functionality processes audio and artwork needed to provide playback and the Lock Screen and Now Playing experience.

3. How Information Is Used

Information may be used to:

• provide and operate the App;

• play music and display related artwork;

• provide Lock Screen and Now Playing functionality;

• provide and manage in-app purchases;

• display advertisements;

• provide rewarded advertisements;

• measure and improve advertising performance;

• diagnose technical problems; and

• maintain the security and functionality of the App.

4. Third-Party Services

Apple / App Store / StoreKit

Apple processes App Store purchases and related transaction information.

Google Mobile Ads

Google Mobile Ads provides advertising services and may collect information described above for advertising, measurement, diagnostics, and related purposes.

Third-party services operate under their own privacy policies and terms.

5. Sharing of Information

We do not sell personal information directly.

Information may be processed or shared with third-party service providers when necessary to operate features of the App, including advertising and App Store purchases.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

We do not maintain a user account database for the App.

Information processed by third-party services may be retained by those services according to their respective policies and retention practices.

Information stored locally by the App can generally be removed by deleting the App from your device, subject to information that may be retained by Apple, Google, or other third-party services under their own policies.

7. Your Privacy Choices

You may control whether the App is permitted to request tracking through the Tracking settings on your Apple device.

You may also control certain advertising and privacy choices through your device settings and any consent or privacy controls presented by the App or its advertising providers.

Depending on your location, you may have additional rights regarding personal information, including rights to access, delete, correct, restrict, or object to certain processing.

8. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through an account-registration system because the App does not require users to create an account.

9. Security

We take reasonable measures appropriate to the nature of the App to protect information under our control. However, no electronic transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the Effective Date shown at the beginning of the policy.
