These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the mrmcchickino mobile application (the "App").

By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the App

You may use the App for its intended purpose, including listening to music, viewing related content, and using the features provided within the App.

You agree not to use the App for unlawful purposes, interfere with or attempt to disrupt the App, reverse engineer or circumvent technical protections, misuse advertising, rewards, purchases, or other App features, reproduce or redistribute copyrighted content obtained through the App without appropriate authorization, or use the App in a manner that violates applicable laws.

2. Music and Other Content

The App may contain music, artwork, video, images, text, logos, and other content ("Content"). Unless otherwise stated, Content made available through the App is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Music and other original Content provided by mrmcchickino remains the property of its respective rights holder. Your use of Content through the App does not transfer ownership of that Content to you.

You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly perform, or otherwise use Content from the App except as permitted by applicable law or with appropriate authorization.

3. Advertisements

The App may display advertisements provided by third-party advertising services.

Some advertisements may provide optional rewards within the App, such as temporary ad-free access.

4. mrmcchickino+

The App may offer an optional one-time purchase known as mrmcchickino+.

mrmcchickino+ is a non-consumable in-app purchase made through Apple's App Store. It is not a recurring subscription and does not automatically renew.

The purchase provides the benefits described in the App at the time of purchase.

Payment is processed by Apple through the App Store and is subject to Apple's applicable terms and policies.

5. Refunds

Purchases made through Apple's App Store are processed by Apple.

Requests for refunds or issues concerning App Store purchases may be subject to Apple's refund procedures and policies.

6. Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the App at any time.

We do not guarantee that the App or any particular Content will always be available.

7. Third-Party Services

The App may use third-party services, including Apple App Store services and Google Mobile Ads.

Your use of features involving third-party services may also be subject to those providers' terms and policies.

8. Intellectual Property

The App and its original software, design, interface, branding, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to the App's developer unless otherwise stated.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of the App or its original materials to you.

9. Disclaimer

The App is provided on an "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we make no warranties that the App will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited under applicable law.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted with a revised Effective Date.

12. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device.

We may suspend or terminate access to the App where reasonably necessary, including where the App is being misused or these Terms are violated.
